a. The Wareham Garden Club will be holding a Plant & Bake Sale on Saturday,
October 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Old Methodist Meeting House, 495
Main Street, Wareham.
b. The Wareham Bike Path Committee and the Friends of the Wareham Community
Pathway invite all residents to attend a Public Workshop to learn about the
progress made to date in planning the bike path on Wednesday September 30th @
7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Cafeteria, 54 Marion Road, Wareham.
5. CONSENT AGENDA
a. Authorization to sign bills and documents, etc.
b. Approval of the Board of Selectmen’s regular meeting minutes of September 1,
2009 & September 15, 2009.
c. Interviews/appointments to the Library Board of Trustees and Council on Aging
Board of Directors.
6. LICENSES & PERMITS
a. Hearing 7:15 P.M. – Application of Captain Al’s Restaurant, LLC, 3236 Cranberry
Highway, Wareham, MA for Public Amusement on Weekdays License and Public
Entertainment on Sundays License for Live Entertainment under the provisions of
Chapter 140 and 136 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
7. TOWN ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT

a. Discussion of town meeting warrant articles.

2. 7:30 pm – Hearing – On the application for transfer of stock, new officer/ director,
pledge of license by Onset Village Market, Inc., 231 Onset Avenue, Onset, MA
under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
3. Application for Change of Manager by Little Harbor Country Club, 1 Little Harbor
Road, Wareham from James C. Jones to Christine B. DiRienzo, under the
provisions of Chapter 138 of the General Laws for the year 2008.
