c. Application for a one-day all alcoholic beverages license permit by Box 5
Association, c/o Johnathan Gordon, PO Box 5, Onset for an association
fund raiser to be held at the Pavillion at the Bay Pointe Country Club, 10
Bay Pointe Drive, Onset on October 1, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
